Bio

“Bloom where you’re planted” is a quote I take to heart. I graduated from Mississinewa Community Schools and have been an active part of Grant County ever since. I believe in the potential of every child that attends our school and want to help them grow by making genuine connections with the students and their families. I believe in taking time to help a student work through their feelings to understand how to manage each situation or problem they may need to solve. I like to think of myself as a coach for students rather than someone they fear. 

Personally, I enjoy spending time with my family. I like to be cozy in blankets and love to watch movies, eat pizza and play outside! My family keeps me very busy. I have three daughters who are 8, 6 and 4 years old and my family got bigger this year with the addition of my fiance and his three children who are 14, 11 and 8 years old. I am very thankful to be part of the team at Westview Elementary!
